Nicolas has worked more than 30 years in private equity, notably 21 years at Cinven where he was Investment Committee member and Executive Committee member. He worked or led numerous deals in TMT (notably Altice with €1.7bn Cap Gain), in Healthcare and Business Services. He fully realised in 21 years €3.1bn of capital gains, with a combined cash on cash IRR of 43% and money multiple of 2.8x. Nicolas has an MBA from INSEAD. He graduated from the École Normale Supérieure and holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from the Institut Pasteur (Paris). He was a Tower Fellow at Harvard University.

Luke is responsible for managing his family office with a focus on industrials, private equity and direct investments. Luke is the Co-Founder and CEO of Carbon Neutral Royalty, a Founder of Wolverdance and previously worked at Accenture and UBS Investment Bank. Luke has an MA (hons) from Edinburgh University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Thad has worked in private equity for almost 35 years, notably 28 years at Abbott Capital Management, LLC (New York), where he served as Chief Investment Officer until 2017. During his tenure at Abbott, Thad led dozens of investments in venture capital, growth equity and buyout funds and served on the investor advisory committee of numerous partnership groups in North America and Europe. In 2020 Thad formed Prufrock Capital, LLC to continue investing in private equity transactions. Thad holds a B.A. in history from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in finance from N.Y.U. Stern School of Business.

Anne-Laure has almost 20 years’ experience in Investor Relation working for renowned banks, asset managers and spent 10 years in charge of a UHNW Family Office. She has an international culture, strong professional background, and great experience at managing investor relationship. Anne-Laure has also set up her own multifamily office, INY Sàrl, which advises HNWI in the administration of their wealth. Anne-Laure has been working with Nicolas since 2017.

Mauricio is currently finishing a double degree master's program in Business Management and Finance. He has experience in the commercial banking and wealth management sectors
